Day 15 - Journey

I woke up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Excited about another weigh in. My clothes have felt looser and friends were saying they could see a difference. So off to the gym for 30 minutes of Fat Burning Zone Cardio and then some moderate resistance training with weights. I did about 15 -20 minutes this morning with weights. I worked on Biceps and Chest muscles. I feel really good. Got in locker room and got my swimsuit on to hit the sauna and jacuzzi. Swimsuit feels really loose on me now. After my shower I paces myself to the scale. Still a little anxious that all my hard work payed off. On I went and BAM! Another 8 lbs. Feeling good. Only thing for next 2 weeks I am not supposed to weigh myself. That will be tough. But I can do anything if I put my mind to it. (Marty McFly-Back to the Future anyone?). LOL Sorry. Anyway. So I look forward this week to sharing some of the blood type specific meals that will meet the Ultimate Body Makeover requirements as well as be great for my blood type.

YAY!!! 20 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS!! That's awesome babe!!
