Well today is day 2 in my 4 day cleanse. Really hasn't been too bad. I have been making sure to drink my water still and getting a minimum of 1/2 my body weight in oz. I have felt great with PH balanced water. Today I woke up and grabbed my water and drank it, knowing I would be having a lot of water today and praying for strength to stick with my cleanse. One thing about not eating actual food during the day is... I have a lot of extra time to get things done.
So I went out and got the materials I need to make my newborn BOY'S room a great warm safe place. My wife and I are excited to get things taken care of pretty soon before the hussle and bussle of the Christmas season really hits. I have great friends helping me complete the dream.
Anyway back to the cleanse. I got to the kitchen and just started pulling out fruit and veggies to juice. My lovely little girl comes running in wanting soo badly to help with juicing. She loves to push the items in the juicer. :) I am happy to let

her help. She also loves drinking natures nectar. So we peeled and sliced and pushed them in the juicer. We mixed
beets, apples, oranges, grapefruit, broccoli, carrots and
BAM! Juice is ready. Healthy alternative to store bought, sugar filled, processed stuff. Plus, this is on my plan. I will juice each morning and evening. I will have a couple
appetite suppressant strips as well as
antioxidant strips to ensure my battle is a success. Actually it hasn't been a real battle. Some plans have been difficult to eat right portions and right foods. The
Ultimate Body Makeover has been a great experience so far.
