Today was a little hectic but awesome none the less. I got my 30 minutes of EMzone and headed to work. Feeling great and still determined to see the real me. I enjoyed my shake to start this morning and some great vegetables throughout the day. I finished the day with a chicken burrito at 6pm. Now just water until tomorrow AM. Tomorrow I begin my cleansing portion. I am doing one day with fruits and vegetables. So tomorrow I will get some more veggies and fruit to make sure I have some GREAT nutrients when juicing on Day 11 and 12.
