Day 30 - Journey

Early Morning. Definitely no 8 hours sleep. Had to get up at 4:30am this morning and pack my daughter in car and head to Detroit Metro. Not complaining... get to pick up my wife after being away for 5 days. I can't wait. We will pick up a Chai Tea Latte on the way home and enjoy about 1 hour before I have to leave for work. I will try to find time later to squeeze in my 30 minutes cardio and weight training. I WILL FIND A WAY! LOL.
