"The Boost" - A new journey


I know I have been gone for a while and I am sorry. I do enjoy sharing my life. In the effort to help others who may go through life and have similar struggles, I hope I can encourage others also. I am beginning a journey today towards a new lifestyle. My quest is a body makeover... not focusing on the physical, but the inward journey to a healthy, vibrant spirit, soul and body. I will try to share as many details as I can.

I began this morning with this week's goals: #1 Hydrate and #2 Boost with Fruit and Veggies (living foods). I am going to work on getting a minimum of my body weight (currently 255+/-) divided in half (130) "I rounded up" in water (ounces). Basically 1 gallon each day. So my first goal each day is to drink 130 ounces of water. I am filtering my water through an Alkaline System and testing the PH so I am using balanced water. I will post more on this later. I want to start with a 16 oz minimum load each morning when waking up. My body hasn't had any water overnight so I need to begin RE-hydrating. Also, I will begin trying to eat as many fruit and veggies along with my meals as I can. I will be monitoring my meals for balance. Not too much fat and good balance of carbs and protein. (Sorry for bad photo it was early morning cell phone shot.) Stay tuned for my progress. I will be updating frequently with photos of progress and hopefully some great balanced meal ideas for you to try.
