Question.

I was thinking this past week how precious time is and how easily we (Humans) can squander it. And Americans especially, we don't do it small. The motto "Go BIG or Go Home" rings true even in wasting time. We don't stop at mere days, we give away years of worthy life, creativeness, and potential all to the God of this World. Selfishness. I am not against taking care of self and family. I am firmly protesting against our selfish ways that cause each us, MEN ESPECIALLY, to lead our families in a timely pursuit of something we can only attain if and when we STOP pursuing it. We look for accreditation and worthiness through the words and gestures of other MEN and those around us. We become unaware of a GOD who loves us unconditionally. Pass or Fail. He loves us. The real question becomes... are the decisions we make for us and family WISE! This question must be asked multiple times daily and answered with complete and unadulterated HONESTY. If we cannot be honest with ourselves. WE ARE LIVING A LIE. Saying all that to say this... MAN UP. If we make mistakes, if we mess up, if you have ever ventured down the wrong road and find yourself in an unfamiliar strange place. Look up and ask God ... What is the wise thing to do NOW?
