Avoid the 4th meal...

I began this week by trying to avoid the 4th meal in the evening. The infamous after dinner snack seems to speak loudly in the spring and summer time. We stay up later. We are more active. So I have been having some good success using my Appetite Suppressants. I know this is what I need to do to combat the extra calories. Good habits are made not inherited. On to another day. It's easy! I just pop in a strip about 30 minutes before eating meals and one later on in evening if I begin to feel hungry. Really easier. Much better than a pill.

Sounds like you have a great system going. While we try not to snack, but when the fiance and I have those after dinner cravings we are trying to stick to fresh fruit and not eat past about 8pm. I so need to get out and walk/jog in the mornings.
