Day 32 - Journey

Wednesday. My day off... well that is an overstatement. Still got up and went to gym this morning. Adding in my weight training as well. I am enjoying the way my body feels. Had a handful of friends ask me how I was losing weight. That really boosted my confidence to stay the course. I am hoping I can stimulate more and more people to get active and begin to change their current state of health. We can all do little things to improve our health. Don't feel pressured to join a gym or go GUNG HO into something without prepping yourself first. Each decision towards a healthier you is a good decision. Start small with getting your water you need daily first. Try it for a week. Then move on to some healthier eating habits. Stop eating that bowl of cereal while watching Letterman. Or that last minute trip to the fridge at 10 or 11pm that leaves you holding the door open pondering what would satisfy this quest for SOMETHING. LOL. I have been there. Inevitably you shut the fridge in disgust while silently raging "There is nothing to eat". :) Okay, maybe not that dramatic but I bet there is someone out there who can relate. It is all about making BABY STEPS. Thanks BOB!
My advice today for you all is: Take a vacation from your Bad Foods. That's right, when someone asks you if you are on a diet just reply no... I am on VACATION. FROM MY BAD FOODS.
Make a small choice today and JOIN THE FAT REVOLUTION!
